Integrated electric drive assembly

The multi-axle coordinated linkage control strategy ensures uninterrupted power during gear shifting; Motor control is integrated with the gearbox control software, and the shifting performance is better.
Compared with the centralized scheme, the electric drive system of the whole vehicle can achieve a weight reduction of more than 400 kg, which significantly improves the economy of the whole vehicle, and is suitable for 53 t standard-load trucks.
Integrated electric powertrain

With integrated software design of high-speed flat wire motor and controller, decelerator and gearbox, the electric power train system of the vehicle is more than 100 kg lighter than the centralized solution.
Integrated Controller

The integrated design of DC/DC+oil pump+air pump+high-voltage power distribution (single/double main drive, large/small bodywork, air conditioner, heater) can meet the needs of heavy trucks with different technical routes such as pure electric/battery swapping/fuel cell electrical, and realise the vehicle four-in-one integrated platform product application.
The software adopts V/F and open-loop vector control to meet the performance requirements of the vehicle auxiliary drive system.
